I still think the C minor Sonatina is my favorite out of the whole lot of five of them. Sure, they are all so incredibly similar that they are practically interchangeable. The tone and mood are all basically the same. This wasn’t really on purpose. I remain convinced that I was just so happy that I was creating them that this overall joy tore through anything and everything else. Not a lot more to say than that, I guess. This is the first movement. The second and third should follow, and then it’ll be on to the B-Flat Major monstrosity.
